LipExoGen Reporter Cell Lines are precision-engineered, assay-ready cellular systems designed for sensitive, reproducible measurement of transcription factor activity and pathway stimulation. Built from carefully selected parental or primary cell backgrounds, each line is stably integrated with our TF-responsive reporter constructs and rigorously antibiotic-selected to ensure consistent performance across passages. When needed, optional co-expression of pathway cDNAs can further enhance responsiveness while maintaining the stability expected of a high-quality reporter platform.
These cell lines deliver strong signal-to-noise ratios, predictable behavior, and clean responsiveness to TF activation, enabling confident interpretation of pathway dynamics in both basic and applied research.
