BCMA/NFκB Reporter Lentivirus
$895.00
The BCMA/NFκB Reporter Lentivirus is designed to study the signaling and function of BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) in immune cells. The construct constitutively expresses the BCMA receptor, which binds to BAFF or APRIL ligands, activating downstream NFκB signaling. This interaction drives NFκB-dependent transcription and the expression of dual reporters: secreted Gaussia luciferase (GLuc) and GFP. These reporters enable real-time monitoring of BCMA-mediated signaling and immune activation. Example applications include evaluating non-clinical (RUO) CAR-T cell effects, studying immune responses in multiple myeloma models, and testing BCMA-targeting therapeutics. To use this system, transduce your desired cells with the all-in-one high-titer purified lentivirus to establish a stable, pathway-specific cell line for therapeutic research. This product is supplied as high-titer lentiviral particles (third generation), purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation. The lentiviral particles are VSV-G pseudotyped and are ideal for difficult-to-transfect cells, including primary or thawed cells.

Antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) assay. The product can be used to generate stable cell lines that read out CD16A signaling through downstream activity of NFAT. The fluorescent and luminescent dual reporter provides flexibility in the readout approach. GLuc is secreted, allowing the user to detect it in various biological media. Generally, the product is useful for analyzing cell activity as a function of CD16A stimulation/inhibition. |
*Transduction units (TU), based on the number of drug resistant or fluorescent HEK293FT cells after transduction with the virus.
