HSPC/Chol/DSPE-mPEG2000 (56.2/38.5/5.3, mol/mol) liposomes, 30 mM, extruded and supplied sterile-filtered in glass vial. PEGylated to improve stability, prolong circulation time and reduce reticuloendothelial system clearance for in vivo applications. The lipid composition of these liposomes is essentially identical to that of the well-characterized Doxil® formulation, and the liposomes are useful as a vehicle control for drug-loaded liposomes of the same composition.
