These lentiviral ORF cDNA expression plasmids are useful for generating high-titer lentiviral particles capable of high-efficiency transduction of mammalian cell types. Supplied as transfection-ready DNA.
The resulting lentiviral particles are ideal for transducing a variety of difficult-to-transfect cells, including primary and/or thawed cells. The vectors have been optimized to provide high gene expression and reliable genome integration, which leads to easy establishment of long-term, stable cell lines. For products containing fluorescent reporters, the resulting cell lines exhibit consistent read out of the fluorescent reporter. All cloning has been confirmed by sequencing, and the successful protein expression has been validated by transient transfection.

Entrez Gene Summary | “This gene encodes a downstream nuclear effector of the Hippo signaling pathway which is involved in development, growth, repair, and homeostasis. This gene is known to play a role in the development and progression of multiple cancers as a transcriptional regulator of this signaling pathway and may function as a potential target for cancer treatment. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2013]” |
