Lentiviral Packaging

LipExoGen has created the best method to obtain high-titer, high-yield, and high-quality lentiviruses for research applications. Using our lentiviral vectors, we can yield > 1 ml of 5x 10^ 8 lentiviral particles/ml (detected by p24 ELISA) per batch. We purify our lentiviral particles by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugations to reach a quality that is ideal for transduction of primary and difficult-transfect cells, including for in vivo applications. To help accelerate your research, we are also offering our lentiviral packaging service at the most competitive price if you provide your own lentiviral construct.

What you need to do:
1. Send us at least 10 µg of your high transfection quality lentiviral plasmid.
2. We do one batch lentiviral packaging and purification.
3. We suspend purified lentiviral pellet in 1ml RPMI1640 medium and aliquot them two vials for you. We can also suspend the lentiviral pellet in a solution and volume as you desire.
4. We detect the lentiviral particles in the one batch because transduction titer or unit completely depends on your lentiviral construct and gene size.
5. 495$ for one batch purified lentivirus.
