Workflow Overview

Single-Reporter Assay Kits

DTB-002, DTB-003, and DTB-005 support single-luciferase workflows for Firefly, Gaussia, and Renilla luciferase reporters, respectively. These kits are intended for researchers measuring one reporter signal at a time using compatible luminescence plate readers.

General Dual-Luciferase Assay Kits

DTB-001 and DTB-006 support general dual-luciferase reporter workflows. DTB-001 is designed for Firefly/Gaussia assays using matched lysate aliquots in separate detection wells. DTB-006 is designed for Firefly/Renilla dual-luciferase workflows.

VeriPair Luciferase and VeriPair RedShift Kits

DTB-007 is recommended for standard VeriPair Luciferase FLuc/iGLuc reporter systems and supports same-well TwoStep sequential detection. DTB-004 is optimized for VeriPair RedShift rFLuc/iGLuc workflows and supports streamlined OneStep 485/613 nm detection as well as an optional TwoStep open-read reference workflow.

Choosing a VeriPair kit: Use DTB-007 for standard VeriPair Luciferase FLuc/iGLuc reporters. Use DTB-004 for VeriPair RedShift rFLuc/iGLuc reporters.
