Lentiviral ORF cDNA expression plasmids, supplied as transfection-ready DNA. These plasmids are useful for generating high-titer lentiviral particles for gene delivery into mammalian cells.
The lentiviral particles can be used to transduce a variety of cell types, including primary cells and previously frozen cells. The vectors support efficient gene expression and genomic integration, which can simplify the development of stable cell lines. For constructs that include fluorescent reporters, transduced cells display consistent reporter expression.
Each plasmid has been sequence-verified, and expression has been validated in transient transfection assays.

Notes:
The nomenclature “[Tag]/[Reporter]” applicable to some products (e.g. “V5/RFP”) refers to the epitope tag fused to the C-terminal portion of the ORF cDNA followed by T2A sequence and the indicated reporter; the tag is part of the expressed ORF cDNA, while the reporter is expressed as a separate protein due to the T2A linker.
