Non-viral ORF cDNA expression plasmids, validated for expression of the indicated gene by tag-specific antibody staining and sequencing. CMV drives expression of ORF cDNA fused to an N- or C-terminal epitope tag, and a downstream fluorescent reporter (GFP or RFP), separated from the cDNA by a 2A sequence. The plasmids were made with optimized vectors for high expression in mammalian cells and are supplied as transfection-ready DNA.
