VeriPair™ NFAT/GATA Lentiviral Dual-Reporter System
Overview
The VeriPair™ platform is LipExoGen’s integrated dual-reporter system for pathway analysis, combining a pathway-responsive experimental reporter with a constitutive internal control in the same construct. This design reduces variability from transduction efficiency, genomic integration, and cell number while supporting cleaner, more scalable assay workflows.
NFAT/GATA is measured using pathway-responsive NFAT/GATA elements driving the experimental reporter, alongside an EF1α-driven internal control cassette for normalization. This parent product groups the three VeriPair modalities: RedShift, Luciferase, and Fluorescence.
