VeriPair™ NFAT Lentiviral Dual-Reporter System
Overview
The VeriPair™ platform is LipExoGen’s integrated dual-reporter system for pathway analysis, combining a pathway-responsive experimental reporter with a constitutive internal control in the same construct. This design reduces variability from transduction efficiency, genomic integration, and cell number while supporting cleaner, more scalable assay workflows.
NFAT is measured using pathway-responsive NFAT elements driving the experimental reporter, alongside an EF1α-driven internal control cassette for normalization. This parent product groups the three VeriPair modalities: RedShift, Luciferase, and Fluorescence.
