PEGylated liposomes containing Nexturastat A. Nexturastat A is a potent and selective HDAC6 inhibitor (IC50: 5 nM), with >190-fold selectivity over other HDACs. This product is a pre-formulated liposomal version of Nexturastat A which is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo. The liposomes are PEGylated for optimal in vivo performance.
