Build Your Own Plain Liposomes is a fast and efficient service that allows you to easily order custom-made Plain PEGylated or Non-PEGylated liposomes online and have them delivered right to your door.
This is an express service that requires little-to-no conversation which is applicable to requests where the liposomes needed consist of only lipids and buffer. Depending on the availability of reagents at hand, we can typically ship out the finished liposomes to you within 10 business days from receipt of your PO*

If the product you need is already very similar to one of our already offered Plain liposomes products, reference the SKU and make minor adjustments to non-lipid components using our Modify A Liposome Product form.

- Available Extruder Pore Sizes*: 200 nm, 100nm, 80nm, 50nm
- Quality Control: All custom orders receive complimentary dynamic light scattering analysis of mean particle size.
- Sterility: All custom liposomes are sterile-filtered (0.22 micron, PES) and dispensed into pyrogen-free sterile glass vials in a laminar flow hood suitable for cell culture work.
*We use extrusion for downsizing. Please note that the size of extruder pore size does not guarantee the final size of your liposomes as this depends on multiple factors including but not limited to extruder pore size. Please notify us of any specific liposome size requirements on your form submission.
