Validated shRNA Lentiviral Particles

Custom LentiCRISPR sgRNA Lentivirus

This is a fast and easy service which allows you to obtain high titer lentiviral particles customizable for CRISPR/Cas9 knockout of your gene of interest.
We’ll make two sgRNA sequences flanking the target site and clone them each to our all in one Cas9 sgRNA vector. Then, we’ll package the lentiviral particles using a mixture of the two vectors, in order to enhance the knockout efficiency. The titer of lentivirus is about 1×10^9 lentiviral particles in 500 μl, and a total TU of about 1×10^6.
